Enter your idea(s) for best name for the pig that will be the 2012 PEAK CITY PIG FEST mascot!

Yes. The winning name will be announced at the Peak City Pig Fest award ceremony 5PM – June 23rd

Can I enter multiple names?

Yes! You may only enter up to three (3) names for consideration. Additional name submissions are ineligible.

OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase necessary. Be creative. To be eligible, you must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old. Machine-duplicated entries are not valid, nor are damaged, illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered entries. Upon receipt, entries become the property of Apex Sunrise Rotary Club. Final winner will be selected by the Apex Sunrise Rotary Club designated judges. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Only one prize will be awarded.

The winner receives a $100 gift certificate to the Apex restaurant of their choice.

If a name is submitted more than once, the first person submitting the name will get the name credit. By entering, you allow Apex Sunrise Rotary Club to use your name and address for mailing-list purposes, and winner grants the right to use their name and/or likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. Winner may be required to sign a statement of eligibility and a liability release prior to receiving their prize. Entrants agree that Apex Sunrise Rotary Club, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for, and will be held harmless against, any and all claims for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or from acceptance or use of any prize. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Employees and/or members of Apex Sunrise Rotary Club, and of any sponsor participating in the contest ad, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Apex Sunrise Rotary Club decisions regarding contest entries and winners are final and binding. Void where prohibited by law.
